Account Deletion
You can delete your Maardhcum account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Maardhcum app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then My Account.
- Tap "Delete Account", read the warning, and enter your password to confirm.
An account cannot be deleted while it has open obligations, such as being the highest bidder on a live auction, an active insurance hold, a won auction that is not settled yet, a wallet balance, or live or scheduled auctions for your showroom. The app tells you the reason and what is needed to finish.
What is removed
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
- Documents you uploaded to verify your account or showroom.
- Your favorites, saved searches, watchlist, followed showrooms and notifications.
- All sign-in sessions on every device.
What we keep
- Records we must keep for legal and financial reasons, such as auctions, bids, invoices and wallet transactions, without your personal details.
- Published comments and reviews stay visible under the name "Deleted user".
- Showroom owners' showrooms are deactivated and their cars removed from listings, while buyers keep their past auction history.
Request deletion without the app
If you can't use the app, email us from the email address or phone number registered to your account at support@maardhcum.com or use our Contact Us page. We'll verify your identity and delete the account.
